Finance Business Partner

Description
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across key departments.
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive business improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to leadership teams.
- Evaluate business cases and investment proposals to support decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial models to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Mentor and support junior finance team members to enhance their development.

Profile
A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
- Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of the Technology & Telecoms industry is advantageous.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
