SENIOR FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER

Hours of work: 37.5 Hrs Per Week

Are you an experienced finance professional looking for an opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and build strong commercial partnerships?
ISS is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team, providing financial leadership and insight across a diverse client portfolio.
Job Description
Working closely with senior stakeholders, operational teams, and clients, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance, supporting business growth, and ensuring robust financial control.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, challenging assumptions, and using data to shape business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with senior managers, stakeholders, and clients, providing trusted financial support and advice.
- Deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, efficiency, and business growth.
- Support contract reviews, pricing, procurement, and commercial decision-making.
- Provide financial leadership on bids, projects, and business improvement initiatives.
- Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance across the portfolio.
- Challenge assumptions and provide insight to support strategic business decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop Finance Business Partners and wider finance colleagues

About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
- Proven experience in business partnering within a complex, multi-country commercial service contract environment.
- Prior experience managing commercial contracts is essential, with a clear understanding of client priorities.
- Professional, committed and conscientious, with a positive attitude to change and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities across the role, client, Operations, suppliers and team.
- Strong communicator, able to build and sustain relationships with clients, professional bodies and internal stakeholders across a dispersed network and multiple time zones.
- Numerate and accurate, with a high level of computer literacy, including PowerPoint, Word and financial systems.
- Advanced user of Excel.
- Highly focused on achieving targeted results, with the ability to prioritise across a broad and demanding portfolio.
- Experience within a service-based industry is essential, with Facilities Management (FM) experience preferred.
