Are you a commercially minded FP&A leader who thrives in a complex, international environment?
We are partnering with a global manufacturing organisation to appoint a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Operating across multiple international markets and brands, this is a highly visible leadership role that will shape financial strategy, drive performance, and influence decision-making at executive level.
Working within a dynamic, matrixed organisation, you will lead a high-performing finance function, partnering closely with senior business leaders to provide meaningful commercial insight, enhance financial performance, and support strategic growth initiatives.
This is an urgent vacancy and we are ideally looking for someone who can start within 1 month, although longer notice periods will be considered.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering best-in-class financial planning, forecasting, reporting and business partnering across the organisation. You will be responsible for transforming financial insight into commercial action, ensuring leaders have the information they need to make informed strategic decisions to drive business forward and minimise costs.
This role offers significant exposure across the business, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders while supporting ongoing business transformation, operational excellence and future growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the EMEA finance function, providing strategic financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
- Drive the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
- Partner with executive leadership to deliver commercial insight that supports strategic decision-making.
- Lead financial modelling and scenario analysis to support investment decisions and business planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, systems and reporting capabilities.
- Build strong relationships across Finance, Operations, Commercial and Supply Chain functions within a matrix organisation.
- Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing international team.
About You
You are an experienced finance leader with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively within a complex, global business.
You'll bring:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant senior financial leadership experience within a global matrixed, product-led organisation.
- Experience working in a complex, international matrix organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen with exceptional business partnering skills.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at board level.
- Experience leading planning, forecasting and performance management processes across multiple regions.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence executive leadership.
- Experience supporting transformation, process improvement or post-acquisition integration would be highly advantageous.
