**The Role: Financial Manager, Stellantis (Vauxhall/Fiat Chrysler Automobiles/PCD)

This key financial role will manage **OPENLANE UK’s financial relationship with Stellantis (parent company of Vauxhall, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), Peugeot, Citroën, and DS (PCD)), leading the finance function and supporting senior management in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance team and ensure daily operational excellence in financial operations
  • Manage client relationships with Stellantis, ensuring short, accurate responses to client requests
  • Demonstrate ownership of financial processes, including:
    • Production of accurate management accounts
    • Balance Sheet Reconciliation
    • Ad-hoc reporting and KPI tracking
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and external regulatory requirements
  • Continuously drive business process improvements and efficiency through technological solutions
  • Prioritise financial integrity while navigating a client-driven, high-demand environment

Requirements

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualified CIMA or ACCA accountant with at least 3 years’ experience in team leadership
  • Sharp attention to detail with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills
  • Professional integrity, autonomy, and discretion—ability to adapt to high-pressure client demands
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication for diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive mentality to challenge existing processes and document improvements
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (data modelling, analysis)
  • Strong time and workload management in a client-focused environment
