Senior Finance Manager | Real Estate
3-4 month temp position, with the opportunity to extend or go permanent!
ASAP start | £500-550 umbrella.
Supporting a leading real estate firm in London with an interim Senior Finance Manager position, the role will be broad covering both commercial finance responsibilities along with some management reporting. You will manage 1 Analyst in the role also.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the project team and Commercial Finance Director to shape the project's strategic and commercial direction.
- Provide financial leadership by identifying risks, opportunities, and driving continuous improvement across finance and the wider business.
- Oversee project financial models, commercial appraisals, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and business planning.
- Ensure transparency of project performance through robust financial analysis, reporting, and tracking of budgets, contingencies, and key risks.
- Lead financial consolidation and management reporting, delivering accurate, timely insights to internal stakeholders, joint venture partners, and external parties.
- Support capital and funding strategies, reviewing investment proposals, tenders, and commercial implications.
- Provide commercial and financial advice to inform strategic decision-making, including risk management, pricing, sales strategy, and performance optimisation.
- Manage the financial aspects of the integrated project model and external construction contracts.

- Qualified Accountant with at least 4 years PQE
- Candidates must have exposure to both management reporting and commercial finance within real estate
- Strong financial modelling
- Ability to start in August.
