Senior Finance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join a high-performing finance team supporting a leading housing organisation's development and commercial activities.
While experience in Development Finance would be advantageous, it is not essential. The key requirement for this position is strong management accounting experience within a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) / Housing Association environment. Candidates without housing association finance experience will unfortunately not be considered.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key financial reporting activities, provide robust financial analysis, and work closely with senior stakeholders across the Development, Sales & Marketing, and Finance functions.

The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality management reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering support across the Latimer division. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, reviewing junior team members' work, and providing valuable insight to support decision-making across a complex and commercially focused housing environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
