About The Role
The Senior Finance Manager - Commercial Finance is the lead finance business partner for Pizza Hut UK, supporting one of Pizza Hut's largest international markets and working as part of the wider International Operating Markets (IOM) Finance team.
This role partners closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, Digital and Commercial leaders to shape strategies that deliver sustainable, profitable growth. From pricing and promotions to loyalty, media investment and aggregator partnerships, the role provides commercial insight, financial leadership and robust challenge to maximise business performance.
Alongside commercial partnering, the role leads financial planning, forecasting and performance management for the UK business, translating strategic priorities into actionable financial plans while identifying risks, opportunities and value creation initiatives for both Pizza Hut and its franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Business Partnering (40%)
- Partner Marketing, Digital and Commercial teams to shape growth strategies.
- Provide financial leadership on pricing, promotions, loyalty and customer acquisition.
- Support the development of channel strategies across Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat.
- Evaluate investment decisions and ensure initiatives deliver profitable growth.
- Deliver actionable insights on customer, channel and franchisee economics.
Planning & Forecasting (35%)
- Lead quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and long-range planning for the UK business.
- Own forecasting across sales, margin, marketing investment, G&A and development.
- Challenge assumptions, identify risks and drive actions to close performance gaps.
- Translate business strategy into robust financial plans.
Performance & Value Creation (25%)
- Lead insightful performance reporting and variance analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, investment effectiveness and channel performance.
- Drive cost-saving and value-creation initiatives across the business.
- Coach and develop an FP&A Analyst.
Required Experience
What we’re looking for
- Significant experience within Commercial Finance, FP&A or Strategic Finance.
- Proven business partnering experience supporting Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, Revenue Management or Digital functions.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and planning expertise.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial insight into commercial action.
