Senior Finance Manager
Senior Finance Manager – Luxury Retail & E-Commerce (Fast Growth SME)
A hugely exciting opportunity to join a thriving luxury retail and e-commerce brand (turnover circa £15 million) as a Senior Finance Manager—reporting directly to the founders—presenting an unparalleled chance to shape the company’s financial strategy in a high-growth, collaborative environment.
About the Role
This is a critical, high-impact role offering the opportunity to take ownership of all-encompassing finance functions, driving financial strategy forward in a dynamic, fast-moving business.
Ideal for candidates eagerness to contribute to a brand on the path of continued investment and rapid scalability.
The role is far-reaching, with scope to develop expertise across core and emerging areas including but not limited to:
- Lead financial reporting, statutory accounting, and liaise with auditors on all matters
- Own monthly management accounting, producing tailored board-level reporting packs
- Drive financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons
- Support commercial decision-making with financial modelling and strategic analysis
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams, ensuring financial expertise is embedded in sales, merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, and store operations

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

Person Specification
Seeking a top-tier, post-qualified finance professional with:
- 2–4 years’ experience (or comparable senior-level expertise)
- Prior experience in retail/E-commerce/cpil CV contributed through
- Irresistible for those seeking to transition to bridge the gap between finance precision and commercial performance
