🚀 Senior Finance Manager | London | Join a company scaling at incredible speed
A rapidly growing, venture-backed AI intelligence company is hiring a Senior Finance Manager to help lead its next phase of growth.
£70,000 - £80,000 plus equity
In just a short period of time, our client has become a recognised global benchmark within the financial services and AI space — partnering with some of the world’s largest financial institutions and backed by leading technology investors. Now they’re entering a major scaling phase.
Over the coming years, the business expects to grow from 50 to 120+ employees globally, and they are specifically looking for someone who has already experienced that kind of high-growth journey inside a start-up or scale-up.
This is not a traditional finance role. They need someone who understands what happens operationally inside companies growing this quickly — someone who has built systems while teams are expanding, managed complexity as processes evolve, and partnered closely with leadership during periods of rapid change.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
