Senior Finance Systems Analyst
Senior Finance Systems Analyst (EMEA) – Oracle Fusion Cloud & EPM Specialist
About the Role
The Senior Finance Systems Analyst will be the primary regional resource for Finance Systems support across the EMEA region. This techno-functional role is responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM, and other finance applications in the Skechers ecosystem.
You’ll act as the key point of contact for EMEA end-users, coordinating support requests, driving enhancements, managing user provisioning, and collaborating with global IT teams, finance stakeholders, and managed services partners to ensure seamless, efficient system operations across the EMEA time zones.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Systems Support & Operations
- Act as the go-to resource for EMEA finance systems, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance optimisation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM solutions.
- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle Financials Cloud (Fusion), Oracle EPM (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, NRCS), BlackLine, Concur, and Lucernex track issues to their root causes and implement fixes.
- Manage user provisioning, security roles, and access grants in Oracle Cloud environments.
- Coordinate with managed services partners to ensure 24/7 global support aligns with EMEA stakeholder expectations.

Process Improvement & Automation
- Drive enhancements to finance workflows, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Assess and recommend process automation leveraging tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Dell Boomi, or Alteryx to improve efficiency.
- Partner with global IT and finance teams to implement best practices in IFRS and EMEA regional GAAP compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Training
- Serve as the primary escalation point for EMEA finance members, resolving people-centric issues directly or coordinating resolutions with external partners.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on finance systems for end-users across the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with product-led and managed services teams to align expectations and ensure cross-timezone support cohesion.
Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in finance systems or ERP support (req. 3+ years) and a techno-functional business analysis background.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Strong foundation in Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including:
- EPBCS (Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service)
- FCCS (Financial Consolidation Cloud Service)
- ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
- TRCS (Transactional Reporting Cloud Service)
- NRCS (Non-Repetitive Costs Cloud Service)
- Experience with finance applications like BlackLine (cloud accounting controls), Concur (expense management), or Lucernex (Cutover Services).
- Oracle Cloud ERP or EPM certifications (preferred).
- Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Dell Boomi, or Alteryx for reporting and automation.
- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM ticketing systems for workflow management.
- Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP, and regional financial reporting standards (EMEA focus).

Education & Compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent professional experience accepted).
Soft Skills & Collaboration
- Ability to navigate diverse stakeholders across EMEA time zones (willingness to work non-standard hours).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Desirable: Proficiency in one or more EMEA regional languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.).
