All About The Role
Are you a self-motivated qualified finance professional interested in joining the largest region in a leading global tech delivery business? We have an exciting opportunity for the right high-quality candidate to join our UK R2R team and potentially follow in the footsteps of others who have gone on to become financial controllers, FP&A managers and commercial finance business partners.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build on their professional development in a fast paced and technical environment, with a varied role adding value to monthly management accounts, statutory financial statements and scalable automation.
You will collaborate closely with senior accountants, finance partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting policies, while also leading on reporting, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role
- Lead the preparation of monthly and statutory financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to IFRS and internal controls.
- Analyse complex financial areas (e.g., PSP reconciliations, staff cost analysis) and contribute to relevant forecasting activities.
- Coordinate and improve the balance sheet reconciliation process, investigating discrepancies and driving continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary contact for UK-related queries from Group controllers and support the UK audit process.
- Drive process optimisation through global continuous improvement initiatives, automation projects, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain recurring reports and templates, while supporting and developing junior team members.
What will you bring to the table?
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) proven relevant experience in R2R/management accounting
- Strong working knowledge of technical accounting
- Strong self confidence with the self-motivation and determination to succeed
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in identifying financial trends and process efficiencies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems a necessity
