Role Overview
The Senior FP&A Analyst will act as a strategic business partner to key departments, taking ownership of:
- The annual budget and forecast process, with a focus on improving accuracy through developed methodologies
- Business planning and growth strategy alignment, enabling realistic P&L target assessments
- Cost driver analysis and trend identification to support financial credibility
- Preparation of business cases to inform strategic and tactical decision-making
This role requires a proactive approach in bridging finance with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting processes, and variance analysis to enhance financial precision
- Collaborate across departments to align business strategy with financial goals
- Analyse operator metrics and identify cost-saving opportunities for improved P&L performance
- Prepare financial models to support management’s decision-making for strategic, operational and tactical contexts
- Present actionable insights to non-financial stakeholders, simplifying complex information
- Contribute to financial performance reporting and strategic planning exercises
Requirements & Profile
Qualifications & Certifications
The ideal candidate will hold professional accounting qualifications, such as:
- ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants)
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
- CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants)
