Senior Financial Controller – EMEA & ASPAC
We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to provide strategic and operational financial leadership across our EMEA and ASPAC regions. Partnering closely with regional leadership teams, manufacturing sites, and shared service functions, you will play a key role in driving business performance, ensuring financial integrity, and supporting long-term growth.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with US GAAP.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and long-range business plans.
- Deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis to support business performance and decision-making.
- Support multiple manufacturing sites and regional offices across EMEA and APAC.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, controls, and reporting.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to optimise forecasting, cost management, and operational efficiency.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, providing ongoing financial analysis and performance tracking.
- Conduct profitability, costing, and make-versus-buy analyses to support commercial and operational decisions.
- Oversee internal controls, audits, compliance activities, and SOX requirements.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data within SAP and other business reporting systems.
- Lead and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About You
You will be a commercially minded finance professional with strong leadership capability and experience operating within a multinational manufacturing environment.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- 8–10 years' experience in a senior finance or financial controllership role within a multinational organisation.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, tax, compliance, and internal controls.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations within a global organisation.
- Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Experience with SAP and/or ERP transformation projects is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven people management experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 2–3 weeks per quarter).
