Senior Financial Lines Claims Adjuster
We have a new role available for a Regional Senior Claims Adjuster to manage a diverse portfolio of Financial Lines Professional Indemnity and Healthcare claims, with a primary focus on Chubb Global Markets business written in North America, the UK and internationally. This is a varied and high-impact role, handling complex and high-severity claims from inception through to resolution while delivering best-practice, high-quality outcomes. The role will be based in our Birmingham office.
You’ll also have the opportunity to work across other Financial Lines sub-classes, including Management Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Crime, Commercial Legal Liability and Directors & Officers insurance.

- Negotiating claim settlements with policyholders, insurers, brokers, solicitors, loss adjusters and other third parties.
- Managing your own caseload to ensure prompt, accurate and timely file resolution, while controlling vendor expenses.
- Working within the CODE framework and Claims Proposition, with a strong focus on service delivery, compliance and regulatory requirements, including complaints handling.
- Supporting team and individual goals, and working with third-party service providers to maintain claims service standards.
- Representing Chubb at internal and external meetings, including reviews with brokers, key clients and London market representatives.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and key accounts through clear, timely correspondence.
- Providing guidance and support to Claims Adjusters, Senior Claims Adjusters, managers and underwriters, including projects and ad hoc tasks
