Role Overview
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, delivering exceptional customer service with a 'safety first' attitude. They will be able to service a wide range of firefighting equipment.
Duties
- Performing installations on ships across the UK and occasionally Europe
- Undertaking repairs, and maintenance on various types of FFE equipment either on site or in our factory
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements
Essential skills
- BAFE qualification
- Hold a FULL UK driving licence
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office - Word / Excel / Outlook
Desirable
- Enhanced driving licences such as (ADR, FLT, CLASS1 CLASS 2) would be advantageous

Eligibility
In order to apply, you will need to meet the below minimum requirements:
- Aged 21 or above at the point of application
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
Please be aware that this is a physically demanding role based on ships and offshore assets mostly in the UK with some overseas work. Successful candidates will be expected to be flexible to meet the demands of the customer in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business demands.
