What the role is
We are seeking passionate individuals to be part of a dynamic team that strives for continuous improvements and innovation to support forensic investigations in the area of forensic patterns.
What you will be working on
- Provide quality and efficient forensic science services for casework in the area of Forensic Patterns (e.g., firearms, toolmarks, manufacturing marks, impressions, and questioned documents).
- Conduct forensic examination of exhibits submitted to the laboratory by law enforcement agencies.
- Prepare forensic reports and provide expert testimony in Court for the administration of Justice.
- Attend crime scenes when required.

- Background in Chemistry / Physics / Forensic Science / Materials Science Engineering or a relevant field.
- Good critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to details.
- Excellent written and spoken English and good oral presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with programming languages such as MATLAB, R, and Python is a plus.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to serve the administration of justice.
- Ability to work independently and also collaborate with others.
