Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer - LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI

Our client are a Global Financial located in London who are embarking on their AI journey and embracing it with both hands.
We need a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer with hands-on experience using Agentic and GenAI frameworks, to deliver robust software solutions for our tier 1 financial, working in an Agile environment. A good understanding of best practice is a must, and the ability to explain technical solutions in a clear way to the business.
Previous experience working in the financial services, on mission critical systems, would be great, but this is not essential.

Must have:
- Python systems engineering with experience building APIs (FastAPI/Flask) and deploying on AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, Bedrock, Docker)
- Experience building generative AI applications (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar)
- Validated production experience with RAG, agent, and MCP-based systems, including AgentOps (CI/CD, monitoring, optimisation)
- Applied, pragmatic “builder/hacker” mindset with rapid iteration (idea → POC → production)
Nice to have:
- Understanding of Investment Banking / Research workflows and financial data platforms (Bloomberg, FactSet, Refinitiv)
- Experience with M365 Copilot / Copilot Studio, plugins, and skills
