About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge the gap between enterprise customers and our product. You’ll build prototypes for strategic opportunities, accelerate sales cycles, and inform product development.
This role is perfect for someone who excels in direct customer engagement and enjoys turning ambiguous enterprise requirements into working solutions quickly. Your responsibilities include:
- Building and delivering prototypes for high-value enterprise deals
- Engaging directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs
- Supporting sales cycles as the technical bridge between stakeholders
- Feeding customer insights into the product roadmap
- Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to validate and iterate on solutions

Things You Will Do
- Build and deliver prototypes for strategic enterprise opportunities to accelerate sales and de-risk deals
- Engage directly with enterprise customers, capturing requirements, workflows, and technical constraints
- Serve as the technical liaison between customer needs and product capabilities
- Translate customer insights into clear technical specifications and product action items
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine prototypes and roadmap priorities
- Validate new product initiatives through hands-on prototyping and iteration
- Identify reusable patterns across customer engagements, driving productization
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Product, Engineering, and key customer stakeholders
- Participate in:
- Prototype delivery for strategic deals
- New product launch support
- Field engineering initiatives
- Scalable Forward Deployed Engineering practices
- Architecture and solution discussions
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong full-stack engineering experience, with the ability to build and ship solutions quickly
- API design and system integration expertise (including cloud platforms and modern architectures)
- Enterprise customer experience, navigating complex technical requirements
- Self-directed ownership to drive projects independently—from ambiguity to delivery
- Excellent stakeholder communication, translating between technical and business teams
- Data-driven mindset, grounded in genuine curiosity about customer challenges
- Comfort with ambiguous, fast-moving priorities and collaborative team environments
- Exceptional collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and Engineering functions

Bonus Qualifications
- Prior experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles
- Experience in a product-led SaaS company
- Background with AI/LLM technologies and building AI-powered solutions
- Career in a startup or high-growth environment
- Degree in Computer Science (or related field)
