About the Role
As a Senior FP&A Analyst at Faculty, you will drive the financial strategy supporting the global expansion of our renowned Fellowship Programme. Partnering closely with senior leaders across the business, you will have the opportunity to help shape our approach from the ground up, providing strategic insights and financial modelling that enable planning across a wide range of future scenarios and support decision-making across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead financial modelling, scenario planning, and strategic analysis to support business growth initiatives to identify risks and capitalise on UK and international growth opportunities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, delivery, and operational teams to provide financial insight that informs key business decisions.
- Analyse pricing strategies, customer profitability, and commercial performance to identify opportunities for sustainable revenue growth.
- Monitor key business and financial metrics, identifying trends and delivering actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Support executive leadership with financial analysis, business cases, and strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, forecasting processes, and data analytics capabilities through automation and technology.
Who We're Looking For
- You are highly analytical, with strong financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
- You enjoy tackling complex, ambiguous problems and turning data into clear recommendations.
- You think strategically, challenge assumptions, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- You are commercially minded and understand how financial decisions drive business performance.
- You build strong relationships and can communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership of delivering high-impact work.
- You are qualified or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), or have equivalent experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related analytical role.
