Senior FP&A Analyst
£55,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
Central London - Hybrid
A growing multi-site leisure and entertainment business is looking to strengthen its finance team with the appointment of a Senior FP&A Analyst. With operations across multiple locations and continued investment in growth, the business is seeking a commercially minded analyst to support group-level forecasting, reporting, and financial planning.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional with strong analytical and modelling skills to take ownership of cash flow forecasting and reporting within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and maintaining detailed short and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Producing regular cash flow reporting, highlighting key trends, risks, and variances
- Analysing cash performance to improve forecasting accuracy and provide meaningful insight
- Supporting the annual budgeting process and ongoing reforecasting cycles
- Assisting with the production of monthly FP&A reporting packs and financial analysis
- Building and enhancing financial models and forecasting tools
- Developing Power BI dashboards and reporting to improve visibility of key metrics
- Identifying opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and financial controls

What we're looking for:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Previous experience within an FP&A, Financial Analyst, or Commercial Finance role
- Strong technical modelling skills, particularly around cash flow forecasting and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
- Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-site environment
