A high-growth events and media business is looking for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to support the finance leadership team through a key period of growth and transformation. This is a commercially focused interim opportunity where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing the insight, modelling and analysis that drives business decisions.
You'll be partnering directly with the CFO and leadership team, challenging assumptions, improving visibility and helping shape strategy across an international business.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading key areas of the budgeting and forecasting process
- Building robust financial models to support commercial and strategic decisions
- Producing insightful board reporting with clear commentary and recommendations
- Business partnering with senior leaders to understand performance and identify opportunities
- Analysing revenue, profitability and key business drivers across multiple markets
- Investigating trends and variances, turning data into meaningful commercial insight
- Supporting strategic projects alongside the CFO and wider leadership team
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and financial performance
- Working with BI and Commercial Operations to develop Power BI reporting and dashboards

We're looking for someone who has:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
- Proven FP&A experience within a fast-paced commercial business
- Excellent financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
- The ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear, practical way
- A proactive approach and the curiosity to challenge, improve and add value
