Senior FP&A Analyst
Luxury Consumer Product Brand | London / Hybrid
The Client
A globally respected luxury consumer product brand with a rich heritage, celebrated for its distinctive, design-driven products that command loyal fanbases across every major market. The business is scaling internationally through wholesale and e-commerce channels, reinforcing its Finance team with new investment to underpin sustainable growth.
The Role
Reporting to the UK Finance team, this business partnering role ensures clarity and accuracy in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with the Global FP&A team, Financial Accounting team, and key stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights—aiding strategic decisions, organisational efficiency, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting
- Drive annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasts, consolidating inputs and updating financial models.
- Develop and maintain P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts, with rigorous reconciliation checks.

Data & Performance Analysis
- Build and refine forecasting models, conducting sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to inform strategy.
- Generate variance analysis, compiling monthly reporting packs for review by the Finance Director.
- Monitor departmental expenditure and interpret financial deviations, offering detailed commentary to budget owners.

Profit & Loss & Operational Oversight
- Compile channel and departmental P&Ls, ensuring precise reconciliations.
- Analyse sales trends across UK, EU, and ROW (Rest of World) to deliver data-driven recommendations.

** Reporting & ERP Support**
- Support the accuracy and integration of KPIs, aligning internal sales data with Business Intelligence (BI) reports.
- Assist with audit processes, operational improvements, and ad hoc projects, including ERP delivery initiatives.
Essential Experience
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in FP&A or commercial finance.
- Proven experience owning and managing a full P&L, with a firm grasp of business drivers and their financial implications.
- Demonstrated strong analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail.
- A strategic communicator, capable of fostering trust and influencing stakeholders across disciplines and seniority levels.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including modelling, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial analysis techniques.

Desirable Experience
- Hands-on experience in international wholesale (B2B) and e-commerce business models.
Package
- Salary: £70,000
