Brewer Morris is proud to be partnering with a FTSE 100-listed organisation and one of the UK's most critical infrastructure and energy businesses to appoint a Senior FP&A Analyst into its high-performing Finance team.
The Opportunity
You will act as a trusted finance business partner, delivering insightful analysis and commercial support to a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.
Working within a dynamic and forward-thinking finance function, you will take ownership of key planning and reporting activities, helping to shape the business's financial story through robust forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership, alongside the opportunity to contribute to transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions.

Location
This role is based in the Warwick office, with an expectation of around two days per week on-site, with further flexibility depending on the individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver insightful financial reporting and performance analysis for senior stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities
- Produce clear management information, commentary, and recommendations
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with operational and finance teams to drive business performance
- Identify and implement process improvements through automation, AI, and enhanced reporting

About You
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience within FP&A, commercial finance, management accounting, or financial reporting
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Power BI and/or Power Query experience is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
