We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded FP&A professional to support the Marsh Europe CFO and Head of FP&A at Marsh, based in our London office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home.
The role: Senior FP&A Analyst
This is a high-impact regional role, partnering with senior leaders across Marsh Europe to drive financial insight, support strategic decision-making, and deliver high-quality planning, forecasting, and reporting.
The role also involves developing sophisticated financial models, executive dashboards, and performance reporting that enable leadership teams to make informed decisions and deliver strategic objectives across the region.
This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with the Marsh Europe CFO and senior leadership team, influencing strategic decision-making across one of the world's leading insurance brokers. The role is ideally suited to a qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA finance professional with FP&A experience gained within insurance or professional services, who is looking to take on a high-profile position supporting Marsh's European business.
We will count on you to:
- Provide support and financial business partnering to senior and executive management at a multi-function, - complex function or large scale business level.
- Independently execute financial modelling, including performing financial analyst activities, and financial reporting, and various metrics projects.
- Act independently to represent finance on cross-functional management teams for a function or business.
- Collaborate across multiple functions and businesses at a senior level to resolve complex issues and provide strategic direction on an enterprise level.
- Develop budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Ensure financial reports, P&L, balance sheets, cashflows, and statistical analyses are developed and accurate.
- Identify financial and operational KPIs and converts them into dashboards to drive accountability for performance throughout the company.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to advise management on financial analyses, results, and recommendations.
- Create and maintain financial models, perform variance analysis, develop business cases and investment summaries.
- Implement financial processes and systems to maximize the quality of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide support for business and operational decision-making.
- Work closely with other departments to produce monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis that supports informed business decision-making.

What you need to have:
- Substantial experience within a similar FP&A Role
- ACA/ACCA or CIMA Qualified
- Strong organisational skills and a good work ethic
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Advanced Excel/Financial Modelling/Advanced PowerPoint
- Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
- Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
