We're partnering with a Private Equity-backed, multi-site business based in Fulham looking to appoint a 'Head of FP+A' for an all-round role.
You'll take responsibility for the production of management accounts (pulling together), MI, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, while providing the CFO and investors with the insight and analysis needed to support strategic decision making.
The ideal candidate would thrive in an environment where they can take ownership, roll up their sleeves, challenge processes, and use AI to improve and automate. It's an exciting time to join as you can directly impact the business and be part of future PE transaction.
£65,000–£70,000 + Benefits
Fulham, London | Hybrid (2–3 days per week)
Start date: ASAP ideally (immediate to 1 month notice)
Ideal candidate
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience in Private Equity backed business and reporting (Ideal but not essential)
- Proven experience producing management accounts from start to finish
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and FP&A experience
- Excellent financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience producing high-quality management information and board reporting
- A proactive, self-sufficient approach with the ability to work autonomously
- A mindset that's comfortable with change, ambiguity and continuous improvement

Duties
- Production of monthly management accounts and management reporting
- Ownership of the annual budget, rolling forecasts and financial planning process
- Building and maintaining robust financial models to support business performance
- Producing board packs, cash flow forecasts and financial analysis
- Supporting covenant reporting, investor requirements and strategic finance projects
- Improving reporting processes, MI and financial controls
- Developing reporting capabilities within NetSuite and Excel
- Acting as the CFO's trusted finance partner, providing commercial analysis and strategic financial insight
