Senior FP&A Manager | Tech | £100k-£120k plus bonus | C. London - Hybrid
Goodman Masson are delighted to be partnering with a global Technology business who are looking to hire a Senior FP&A Manager to join their London finance team. This is a highly commercial role that will work closely with the leadership team, providing strategic insight and decision support to help drive growth and profitability.
With significant private equity backing, the business is scaling rapidly both in the UK and internationally. As part of this growth journey, finance is seen as a true business partner, playing a central role in budgeting, forecasting, improving operational performance, and supporting key investment decisions.

What You'll Do
- Own and lead the group budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes end-to-end
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic and investment decisions
- Act as a senior finance partner to department heads and non-finance stakeholders, influencing performance at a leadership level
- Deliver commercial analysis, scenario planning, and profitability insights to the CFO and Exec team
- Work closely with the CFO on shaping and executing growth plans, with visibility into board-level reporting
- Mentor and develop junior members of the FP&A team

What We're Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
- Significant FP&A and commercial finance experience, ideally gained in a PE-backed or high-growth tech environment
- A proactive, commercially minded individual who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and can operate with autonomy at a senior level
