# **Senior FP&A Manager**
📍 **Hybrid** | 💰 **£90k–£100k + Bonus + huge growth opportunities**
Radley Green is partnering exclusively with a **global technology business** based in **central London**, currently undergoing rapid growth and transformation, to recruit a **Senior Group FP&A Manager**.
This is a **high-impact role**, reporting directly to senior leadership, with the opportunity to **build and shape a best-in-class FP&A function** in a fast-evolving international environment.
## **The Opportunity**
You will play a **key role in driving financial insight**, supporting strategic decision-making, and leading critical initiatives including:
- **M&A (Merger & Acquisition)**
- **Systems implementation**
- **Process improvement**
The client is seeking an **FP&A leader** with experience managing teams and processes in a **high-growth private equity (PE) environment**.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Group FP&A activities, including monthly reporting, budgeting, and refinancing/reforecasting
- Manage and develop FP&A Analysts, fostering a high-performance culture
- Partner with the CFO on strategic projects such as:
- M&A
- Board reporting
- Financing strategies
- Deliver high-quality analysis and insights for senior leadership and executive teams
- Support group-level business partnering (e.g., third-party spend management)
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems
About You
- ACA/CIMA qualified with strong industry experience
- Proven track record in FP&A, particularly in a large, complex, or PE-owned environment
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Commercially astute, with the ability to balance financial detail with strategic decision-making
- Confident stakeholder management in fast-paced, senior-level environments
