A fast-growing global beverage franchise brand is entering an exciting new chapter, taking direct ownership of its home market operations and resetting its approach across several international territories, and needs an experienced Operations Manager to lead that transition on the ground.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine build role inside a business moving from a legacy master-franchise model into direct, equity-owned operations in its core market, with a parallel reset underway across several neighboring European territories. You'll be joining at a pivotal moment, new flagship locations are being secured in prime central locations, foundational systems and standards are being rolled out for the first time, and there's real scope to shape what this function looks like as the business scales.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning day-to-day operational delivery across the home market estate as it transitions to direct ownership, including line management of an Area Manager and the store teams beneath them
  • Embedding the brand's audit, compliance and operational standards across the estate, working closely with the central brand excellence function
  • Supporting new site openings, including hands-on pre-opening training delivery during a period of team transition
  • Acting as the operational link across multiple international markets, roughly 30% travel, building consistency across regions with very different levels of maturity
  • Laying the groundwork for future franchise and market development, without owning that agenda solely in year one
  • Reporting into and working closely with senior leadership, freeing them up to focus on strategic growth and development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven multi-site operations experience within a franchise, QSR or retail-hospitality environment
  • Comfortable working across multiple international markets, genuine international exposure is a strong plus, but not a hard requirement for the right person
  • A self-starter who can research, problem-solve and bring recommendations forward, rather than needing every answer handed to them
  • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable with the reality of a leaner, still-maturing business rather than a fully built-out corporate structure
  • Confident building relationships across a small, close-knit senior leadership team
  • Genuinely excited by the idea of building something, not just maintaining what already exists
