About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our dynamic and ambitious team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely within a collaborative environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and high performance. As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with our backend team on delivering significant feature releases and platform improvements scheduled for 2026 and beyond. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining our application’s front end using Vue.js, ensuring a seamless user experience, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform, contributing to a product roadmap filled with exciting features and enhancements. You will have the chance to influence technical decisions, mentor junior team members, and participate in Agile development practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security as we continue to grow and scale our platform.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a front-end developer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Extensive experience working with Vue.js, including component-based architecture and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and best practices to create inclusive digital experiences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly TDD and BDD, to ensure robust and maintainable code.
- Familiarity with full-stack development, especially debugging back-end issues related to PHP and Python, is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity for new technologies, and a proactive attitude toward learning and innovation.
- Previous experience working in start-up or scale-up environments is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain the front end of the Method Grid platform using Vue.js, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to implement new features and optimize existing functionalities.
- Participate in planning, design discussions, and code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Implement accessibility standards to ensure our platform is usable by all users.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, including automation, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Engage in research and development activities, dedicating 10% of your time to exploring new technologies and innovative solutions.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability are maintained as the platform evolves.
