We are a UK-based, highly successful Events Management SaaS company seeking an ambitious Next.js Product Developer to guide the next phase of our product development.
Our client base includes Deutsche Bank, Santander, BNPP, Ford Motor Company, Kia, Toyota, Linklaters, Clifford Chance, and Freshfields. With 20 years of stability and profitability, we’ve grown from our Farringdon, London, office while maintaining an environment that fosters collaboration, growth, and innovation.

CURRENT TECHNOLOGY STACK
- Languages: React.js, Next.js (14+), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Methodologies: Agile/Kanban, TDD/BDD, Continuous Integration and Delivery, AI-assisted development using Cursor & Claude
THE ROLE: SENIOR NEXT.JS PRODUCT DEVELOPER
We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to take ownership of our Next.js/React architecture alongside driving front-end team direction. You will bring technical leadership, ensuring our solutions are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with our vision.
This role goes beyond traditional development—you will act as a holistic product architect, guiding UI/UX decisions and defining long-term strategy while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead next-generation front-end development using React.js and Next.js (14+) to build seamless, performant user experiences.
- Transform designs and wireframes into production-quality, well-structured code.
- Optimise speed, scalability, and responsiveness, ensuring high availability for our enterprise clients.
- Enforce consistent adherence to design systems and brand guidelines.
- Develop reusable code components and libraries for reusability and future-proofing.
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to align with enterprise-grade standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to shape the product’s direction while maintaining cutting-edge user experiences.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development (Cursor IDE, Claude by Anthropic) to enhance code quality, and streamline workflows.
- Mentor junior team members and set high standards in development practices.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Essential Experience
You will have proven expertise in:
- 5+ years of experience as a React.js/Next.js developer, ideally with SaaS exposure.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
- Mastery of Git and other version control tools.
- Problem-solving skills backed by a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to bridge technical gaps between engineers, designers, and business teams.
- Fluency in AI-coding tools (e.g., Cursor IDE, Claude) for efficient code writing, refactoring, and documentation.
