Senior Frontend Engineer (Vue.js)

📍 Location: Soho, London (Hybrid)
💰 Salary: £70,000–£100,000
🕒 Type: Permanent

My client is the official personal training software for HYROX and a leading platform used by personal trainers, gyms, and fitness brands worldwide. The platform enables coaches to create, manage, and sell training, nutrition, and lifestyle programmes to thousands of athletes across the globe.
Following several years of rapid growth, my client is expanding its London engineering team as they continue to scale the platform and build new customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and deliver new features across a large Vue.js application
  • Develop intuitive user experiences for coaches and athletes
  • Create reusable components and improve the shared design system
  • Work closely with Product and Design to bring new features to life
  • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs
  • Improve application performance, accessibility, and overall user experience
  • Help modernise the frontend architecture and introduce best practices
  • Mentor other engineers through code reviews and technical collaboration

What They're Looking For

  • Strong commercial experience building modern frontend applications
  • Excellent experience with Vue.js (Vue 2 or Vue 3)
  • Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills
  • Experience working with state management (Vuex, Pinia or similar)
  • Experience consuming REST APIs
  • Good understanding of responsive design, performance optimisation, and frontend architecture
  • Experience working within Agile product teams
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
