You'll partner closely with Technical Leads, Product Managers, UX Designers and fellow engineers to create fast, accessible and engaging customer experiences whilst helping shape the frontend architecture across our digital platform.

You'll be trusted to independently lead complex frontend initiatives, mentor engineers across the team and champion engineering best practice.

  • Translate UX designs into responsive, high-quality user interfaces.
  • Drive engineering quality through code reviews, testing strategies and frontend standards.
  • Coach and mentor engineers through pairing, technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Own frontend applications throughout their lifecycle using a "You build it, you run it" mindset.
  • Improve performance, accessibility, security and developer experience across our applications.
  • Contribute to frontend architecture and engineering strategy alongside Technical Leads and Principal Engineers.
  • Champion the effective use of AI-assisted engineering tools to improve delivery whilst maintaining engineering quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
