Our Role
We’re looking for Senior Frontend Engineers to join our team, building interfaces behind our core products and ecosystems. You will play a key role in shaping the experiences used by millions of gamers and creators every day across web and desktop platforms.
In this role, you’ll not only deliver high quality frontend features, but also take ownership of significant frontend applications and features, influence technical direction, and help define engineering standards. You will collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Backend Engineers to create intuitive, performant, and accessible experiences at scale.
This is a highly collaborative and impact driven role where you’ll work cross functionally to experiment, iterate, and deliver features that meaningfully affect both users and the business.
- Own significant frontend applications or features across Nexus Mods’ web and desktop experiences.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable frontend systems that support long term product growth.
- Break down complex product requirements into clear technical plans and actionable engineering work.
- Lead delivery of multi-sprint initiatives, ensuring high quality execution from design through to production.
- Build and maintain frontend features and reusable component systems.
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Backend Engineers within your pod to deliver end to end features.
- Implement responsive, accessible UI that works seamlessly across a wide range of devices and browsers.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and design efficient, reliable data flows.
- Improve observability, monitoring, and reliability standards across frontend systems.
- Drive best practices in performance optimisation, rendering efficiency, and data fetching strategies.
- Ensure the frontend is performant, reliable, secure and well-tested.
- Contribute to security and data protection standards across frontend architecture.
- Support cross team integration and collaboration, helping align engineering efforts across pods.
- Participate in product delivery by providing technical input, contributing to prototypes, and evaluating trade-offs.
- Follow and help evolve frontend best practices around testing, documentation, code quality, and CI/CD workflows.
- Help mentor other engineers and continue to share engineering standards across pods.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
