About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Front-End Engineer to join our growing global business.
Working collaboratively in a cross-functional product team, you will design and develop applications while coordinating with other teams working across multiple layers of infrastructure.

All Fresha employees work from our dog-friendly office four days a week, with flexibility to work remotely on the fifth day. Our London office is located at: The Bower, 207-211 Old St, London EC1V 9NR.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development and Quality
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React code
- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs while driving solutions
Full Lifecycle Accountability
- Engage with all stages of product development: from inception to delivery and beyond
- Help shape the future of our architecture and set the standard for best practices
Operational Excellence and Culture
- Contribute to a positive engineering culture centered on feedback and growth
- Maintain rigorous code quality, organization, and automation
Additional Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Proficiencies
- Proficiency in continuous integration
- Mastery of development tools and processes
- Ability to create database schemas that strategically support business processes
Technology Stack & Experience
- Strong TypeScript, Cordova, Native development (Android/iOS) experience would be beneficial
- Experience with React, Redux, RAIL Performance, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Node, Cypress, and Jest
- Full-stack experience (preferably with Ruby or Elixir) earns bonus credit!
Key Qualifications
AI-Integrated Workflows
- Deep experience building and integrating AI agents to amplify productivity (5x coding efficiencies)
- Maintain strict adherence to architecture and security standards while guaranteeing Senior Engineer-level quality for all generated code
Specialized Skills
- Proven experience in constructing complex Single-Page Applications (SPA)
- Expertise in React + Redux
- Familiarity with a modern JavaScript toolchain (NPM, Lerna, Webpack, ESLint, etc.)

Interview Process
- Screen Call – Video call with Talent Team (~45-60 minutes)
- 1st Technical Stage – Technical interview with Engineering Team (~90 minutes, in-person or virtual)
- 2nd Technical Stage – Technical interview with Engineering Team (~up to 2 hours)
- Final Stage – Meet with Head of Engineering (~60 minutes)
Our timeline: We aim to complete this process and provide feedback within 4 weeks.
