Senior Full Stack Developer - React / TypeScript (Backend Leaning)
Up to £125,000 + Equity | London (4 days in the office)
A rapidly growing healthtech startup company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a small, ambitious team building software that is changing how people interact with essential healthcare services across the UK.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working closely with users, and having a genuine influence on both the product and technical direction of a growing platform.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch customer-facing features from idea through to production
- Partner with Product and Design teams to create simple solutions to complex challenges
- Develop modern web applications using React and TypeScript
- Play a key role in technical decision-making and product evolution
- Explore and implement emerging technologies, including AI-driven functionality
- Continuously improve scalability, performance, and user experience

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
- Strong Full Stack JavaScript/TypeScript and React development background
- Experience in working in fast-moving startups or scale-ups environments is essential
- Naturally proactive with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and making decisions
- Passionate about building products that users genuinely value
They are offering a salary of up to £125,000 depending on experience + equity. The role is hybrid working with 4 days in their office in London, and has other great benefits including, 27 days annual leave, regular team socials, fully paid breakfast and lunch in the office, health and wellbeing allowance, generous parental and maternity/paternity leave policies, plus more!
