Job Description
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at CSA Cyber, you will design, build and maintain new user-facing features across our proprietary, cloud-hosted platform, including the Unified Portal that gives our customers visibility of the cyber security services we deliver. Reporting to the Head of Software Engineering and working within an agile team, you will take features from concept through to production across the full stack, in an AWS-hosted environment.
You will be a senior contributor: setting a high bar for code quality and security, helping shape technical direction, and mentoring other developers as we scale a platform that sits at the heart of CSA’s managed services. Critically, you will be an advocate for AI engineering: someone who genuinely embraces AI tooling and knows how to embed it effectively across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to raise the team’s pace and quality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
