Senior Full Stack Engineer at tem – Rebuilding Energy Transactions
Who We Are
We’re revolutionising the energy transaction landscape by making it transparent, fair, and efficient.
Our mission is to restore power to its rightful users: customers and businesses—while tackling 21st-century challenges like decarbonisation, AI-driven efficiency, and equitable pricing.
Why We Exist
The global energy market is broken:
- Legacy operators and intermediaries dominate.
- Systems weren’t designed for rapid decarbonisation, AI scalability, or fair access for users.
- Vast inefficiencies persist through opaque pricing, opaque fees, and rigid workflows.
We built tem, the first AI-native transaction infrastructure—cutting unnecessary costs, automating workflows, and embedding transparency at scale.
Our Impact
- Secured $75M Series B (2025), led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Albion, Atomico, Allianz, Hitachi Ventures, and Schroders Capital.
- Scaled ** globale****; our product, RED, has processed billions in energy transactions for thousands of customers globally.
- Vision: AI-driven energy infrastructure as the bedrock of fair, sustainable markets worldwide.
The Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer
Join us as we rearchitect market infrastructure to make transparency, efficiency, and sustainability the default.
Teams We’re Building For
- Platform (foundational services, CI/CD, developer tooling).
- Billings (scalable, reliable transaction plumbing).
- Payments (cutting-edge automation for financial flows).
- Customer Acquisition (sales portals, salesforce integration).
- Customer Success (post-sale onboarding and workflows).
What You’ll Do (First 12 Months)
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
