Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)
London (Hybrid – 1 day per week)
Join One of the UK's Fastest-Growing AI Scale-Ups
Neulinx is partnering with a high-growth AI company that is transforming the way organisations adopt and embed AI into everyday work.
Following significant customer growth and strong investment, they're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to help scale a product already trusted by major enterprise customers.
This is an opportunity to join a business where engineering is at the heart of the company. You'll have genuine ownership, influence technical direction and build products that deliver real-world impact.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building and scaling the platform across both frontend and backend. Working closely with the CTO, Product and Design teams, you'll take ideas from concept through to production, helping shape architecture, improve engineering standards and deliver features that customers rely on every day.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while remaining close to the code.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
