Senior Full Stack Engineer
Senior Technology Strategy & AI Development Lead
The Role
Define and execute an enterprise full-stack technology strategy, aligning with core business transformation goals.
- Champion AI-driven development practices, including:
- AI-assisted coding (e.g., LLMs/GenAI tooling like Claude CLI, Windsurf)
- Automated testing
- Code quality optimization
- Drive modernization initiatives such as:
- Cloud migration
- Microservices architecture
- API-led platforms
- Establish best practices for secure, scalable, and resilient application design.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex platforms within:
- Backend technologies
- Frontend integrations
- Lead large-scale programs focused on:
- Developer velocity
- Reliability & uptime
- Cost efficiency

What You’ll Need
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) OR equivalent professional experience.
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience with:
- Python (core language for development)
- Machine Learning frameworks (ML lifecycle)
- LLM/GenAI tooling (e.g., Claude CLI, Windsurf)
- Strong knowledge of model risk or governance (asset bonus).
- Expertise in Java, including:
- Multi-threaded applications
- Mission-critical systems development
- Solid front-end skills, including:
- React
- Angular
