Your Role
We’re seeking great engineers from diverse backgrounds who can contribute to all areas of the tech stack—from start to finish—throughout the software development lifecycle.
Your First Project
You’ll begin by working internally on an AI Product powered by Claude, so relevant AI experience is a plus.

Expected Technical Strengths
You must demonstrate foundation-level proficiency in at least three of the following areas:
- Coding in: Python, JavaScript, Node.js, C#, Java
- Hands-on AWS / Azure experience
- Infrastructure-as-code (IaC): Terraform or equivalent
- CI/CD excellence: GitHub Actions, GitLabCI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
- Agile fluency: Working in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Live system support: Experience monitoring and maintaining production apps
- Tech stack adaptability: Ability to quickly onboard and leverage new systems
- Version control proficiency: Git mastery
- Databases: Experience with relational/NoSQL options
- Soft leadership: Mentoring and uplifting engineers
Bonus Expertise (Not Required but Helpful)
- Claude/Gemini/OpenAI API production builds
- NoSQL databases: MongoDB experience
- Public sector / healthcare tech relevance
- Community engagement: Blogging, hosting meetups
- Contemporary tech consultancy familiarity
All the above must-haves are foundational; our team will invest in your growth—but these establish a strong baseline!
