Job Description
Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Type: Contract
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using NodeJS, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and JAVA.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and provide mentorship to peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Contribute to both backend and frontend feature development, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.

Required Skills And Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Full-stack developer working with NodeJS, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and JAVA.
- Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed remote team.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience working with microservices and containerization technologies.
- Previous experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
