The role

The fashion industry is broken. Billions of garments end up in landfill, not because people don't want them, but because the secondhand supply chain is offline and manual. We're fixing this. We're building the AI-powered infrastructure for the global secondhand clothing trade: a B2B marketplace and proprietary AI systems that digitise the supply chain. Our AI grades, prices, and categorises items from a photo, transforming an opaque trade into a structured, searchable global inventory. We've saved millions of items from landfill, tripled in size year-on-year, and recently closed our Series B with significant funding from leading VCs.

You'll join a small, senior product engineering squad, reporting directly to the CTO (ex-Google, Postmates). This is a Senior Full Stack role with a frontend lean, focused on user growth and core consumer experience. You'll rebuild critical user journeys end-to-end, from discovery to buying, across web and mobile. Expect to own experiments, interrogate data, and ship features that directly impact revenue. This isn't a pure UI role; you'll reach into the backend, challenge product decisions, and operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The work

  • Own end-to-end delivery of user-facing features across web and mobile, directly impacting GMV, activation, and retention.
  • Rebuild core product experiences from first principles: item discovery, search, buying flows, and post-purchase.
  • Design, run, and analyse growth experiments (A/B tests) to drive user acquisition and activation, using data to inform next steps.
  • Work across React (web) and React Native (mobile), shaping the trajectory of an increasingly critical mobile app.
  • Bridge frontend and backend: extend APIs, improve data layers, and shape Node.js/TypeScript systems behind the UI.

What You Bring

  • 3-6 years of professional full stack engineering experience, shipping consumer-facing products at scale.
  • Strong proficiency in React (web) and React Native (mobile), with comfort extending into Node.js/TypeScript backends.
  • Data fluency: you can write SQL, set up and interpret experiments, and use metrics to drive product decisions.
  • A product engineering mindset from a consumer tech or marketplace background, with experience building AI capabilities.
  • This role is based in London, requiring 3-4 days in-office per week.
