Job Description: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Remote (Global) Employment Type: Full-time

Vialto is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable products powering our Compensation Collection, Shadow Payroll, and Equity offerings. These technologies uphold the financial and compliance needs of the world’s most complex multinational employers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end development of features across compensation data ingestion, shadow payroll calculations, and equity event processing.
  • Collaborate with product, tax/mobility, and payroll teams to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable, accurate solutions.
  • Implement AI-native products and workflows, enhancing global mobility processes with automation and intelligent capabilities.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence in a spec-driven, agentic development workflow (e.g., using tools like Claude Code or Codex).

Core Focus Areas

  • Frontend Engineering

    • Build modern web experiences for Compensation Collection, Shadow Payroll, and Equity products using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
    • Drive performance, reliability, and accessibility for users processing global payroll and equity data.
  • Backend Development

    • Design APIs and services in .NET and C# for cross-border compensation calculations, equity event processing, and client system integrations (e.g., Workday, WorkBright, ADP, Shareworks).
  • Cloud Infrastructure

    • Deploy and operate Azure-native payroll and compensation solutions, leveraging PaaS services and operational best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with country-specific data regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
  • AI Integration

    • Develop AI-powered features for data extraction, anomaly detection, and augmented workflows (e.g., LLM-assisted processes in compensation statements).
    • Operating AI solutions responsibly with cost, security, and compliance governance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
