About KyLeads
Our customers refer to us as the all-in-one lead generation and customer feedback platform. We create survey, popup, and quiz software to help our customers reach their goals of building better businesses – faster.
Our team calls us the most chill place to work and build impactful products while having a meaningful stake in the outcome. You know, you’re more than just a cog in the machine. You should know us as a rapidly growing software company that takes care of its people while giving them room to grow and develop.
Job Description
At KyLeads, we’re looking for the crème de la crème. Talented individuals with massive amounts of potential who look at complex software engineering problems with joy. You take pride in building amazing products – the kind of product that makes people go “wow.”
In our organization, you’ll work with some of the smartest engineers out there. They’ll push you to do better work, write better code, and create better processes. Likewise, you should come in with the expectation to do the same.
We’re giving you a unique opportunity to work with bleeding-edge tech, the most advanced tools on the market, thrive in your professional career, and enter a work environment with no limit on career opportunities.
We code primarily in HTML, CSS, JS (jQuery, VueJS), and Laravel. We love GitHub, call it one of our best friends, have an obsession with quality code, appreciate continuous development, DevOps, and robust testing. We may push to production several times a day but we’re not afraid of holding a release until it meets the standard we’ve set for ourselves.
You can expect to have regular meetings with your team lead and other developers to discuss best practices and how you can grow as an engineer.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
