Job Title: Senior Fullstack JavaScript Developer
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Fullstack JavaScript Developer based in United Kingdom.
This role is designed for an experienced software engineer who wants to build impactful digital solutions while working in a fully remote environment.
You will contribute across the entire technology stack, developing scalable applications and delivering high-quality software experiences.
The position combines hands-on engineering with opportunities to mentor others and grow toward technical leadership responsibilities.
You will collaborate with talented professionals across different locations, using modern technologies and best practices to solve complex challenges.

Accountabilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions across frontend and backend applications.
- Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and modern JavaScript technologies.
- Develop responsive and maintainable frontend applications using React.js, including component architecture, hooks, and state management.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to create efficient and reliable data solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and deliver high-impact features.
- Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify technical challenges and implement effective solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Share knowledge, support team members, and contribute to mentoring developers as part of a technical leadership path.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply best practices in software development.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with proven ownership of complex projects.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript across both frontend and backend development.
- Advanced experience with Node.js, backend development, and RESTful API creation.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, including component design, state management, and modern frontend practices.
- Experience working with relational databases and/or NoSQL database technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Ability or strong potential to mentor developers and contribute to technical leadership activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones and remote teams.
- Self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
