Job Description
Join TPXimpact as a Senior Fullstack Engineer to build and maintain critical microservices for government clients. Working in agile, multidisciplinary squads, you will develop high-quality software across the full stack using Java and Spring Boot. You’ll influence architecture, mentor junior engineers, and ship code that improves essential public services nationwide.

What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and deploy robust microservices using Java and Spring Boot within an agile, multidisciplinary squad environment.
- Collaborate across the full stack, from backend logic to React frontends, while ensuring all software meets rigorous Government Digital Service standards.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and drive technical excellence through code reviews, automated testing, and mentoring junior engineering talent within your squad.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience building production-grade microservices with Java and Spring Boot, preferably within a cloud-native environment such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong full-stack capabilities, including familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and a disciplined approach to Test-Driven Development and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced consulting environment.
