What You Will Do
- Design and deploy robust, scalable software solutions across varied client projects, primarily utilizing C#/.NET, Python, and full-stack JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead technical architecture decisions and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery within multidisciplinary agile squads.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and collaborative sessions, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate
- Proven commercial experience in full-stack development with deep proficiency in at least one core language such as C#/.NET, Python, or Java.
- Strong expertise in modern cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with a history of working in agile environments and a genuine interest in purpose-led digital transformation projects.
