Senior Functional Consultant – D365 Finance & Operations
Contract position Hybrid, with travel to the West London office
We’re looking for a Senior Functional Consultant (D365 Finance & Operations) to lead complex finance transformation programmes for a major organisation. The role demands deep expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling.
This is a unique opportunity to:
- Own the solution architecture end-to-end.
- Advise CFOs and Finance Directors directly.
- Shape how D365 powers finance operations at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading functional design across:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash & Bank Management
- Budgeting
- Cost Accounting
- Consolidations
- Project Accounting

What We’re Looking For
• Expert-level experience in:
- D365 Finance configuration & design
• Strong grasp of:
- IFRS
- GAAP
- How to translate these standards into system capabilities
• Experience with:
- Multi-company setups
- Multi-currency processes
- Intercompany processes
• Confident communicator able to influence at the level of CFO/Director
• Natural mentor with the ability to lead:
- Multidisciplinary teams
