Senior Functional Consultant EPM
Kabeelah is looking to expand and is recruiting a Senior Consultant to join the professional services team.
If successful, you will be working with colleagues to provide industry leading EPM solutions primarily using Anaplan Financial Planning, but advantageous to have skills in Anaplan Financial Consolidation and Reporting (FCR), Anaplan Disclosure Management, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other cutting-edge tools.
Reporting to the Chief Services Officer, the Senior Consultant will be responsible for input at all stages of allocated projects from pre-sales and commercial estimating through to project planning and ultimately successful delivery. You will be required to be “hands on” where necessary and able to develop junior team members through accurate and clear direction, mentoring and constructive review.

In addition, you will have the responsibility for managing, mentoring and developing junior colleagues. This will include holding regular team meetings and one-to-one sessions (remotely and face to face),, carrying out performance reviews and monitoring the performance of each team member against agreed objectives, taking corrective action where necessary.
On a personal level, you will be expected to add value to the practice and our customers through your extensive domain experience and be prepared to further your skills and capabilities in new software, initially with Anaplan FCR and subsequently with technologies such as Anaplan Planning, SAP Analytics Cloud and others.
Package £80 - 95k Basic (Plus a flexible benefits package) etc. depending on experience
Location · Flexible / Hybrid Role; · Working from home with potential travel to Client Sites – UK / Europe / Worldwide; · You may be expected to attend company meetings on a regular, but flexible, basis to help knowledge transfer and development of team capability · To apply for this role, you must be currently resident and entitled to work in the UK

Essential Skills · Certified in Accounting · Prior experience working within a consulting environment is required, including planning and leading significant projects. · Extensive consolidation, reporting and planning domain experience with enterprise customers · Minimum 5+ years' experience in EPM solution delivery including experience with at least one major technology e.g. SAP BPC, OneStream, Oracle-Hyperion; · Hands on experience at all stages of EPM projects: requirements, design, delivery and support; · Excellent and advanced MS-Excel skills · Proven capability to gather customer requirements and in the development and validation of solution designs; · Track record of successful, on-time, on-budget delivery of large and complex customer projects; · Excellent stakeholder management skills; · Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Desired but not essential Skills: · Exposure to dashboarding and BI presentation tools e.g. Tableau, Qlik, SAP Analytics Cloud etc; Project Management; Finance, Accounting or planning background.
