Microsoft Power Platform Senior Functional Consultant | August Start
📍 Hybrid | London, Manchester or Glasgow
📅 Available to start in August
✈️ Fully expensed client travel to Manchester (2 days per week)
We're partnering with one of the UK's leading digital transformation consultancies to recruit an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Consultant for an exciting opportunity on a major public sector digital transformation programme.
This is your chance to work on one of the UK's largest government transformation initiatives, helping deliver modern, scalable solutions that improve services used by millions of people.
The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering Microsoft Business Applications solutions across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership to design, build, and implement innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Lead client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Manage delivery using Agile methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
- Present solution designs and business value to senior stakeholders.
- Support user adoption and organizational change throughout delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and delivery teams.
- Drive innovation using Microsoft's Low Code and Business Applications ecosystem.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- 4+ years' experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Strong experience with:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dynamics 365
- Microsoft Dataverse
- Experience delivering projects within a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
- Available to start in August.

Desirable
- Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, or Copilot.
- Experience integrating Azure with Microsoft Business Applications.
- Knowledge of Copilot and Generative AI capabilities.
- Scrum, Agile, PRINCE2, or Change Management certifications.
